Their Bellingham office specializes in both residential and commercial real estate, providing personalized service with cutting-edge technology. Our office space planning team designed this Bellingham office furniture installation to align with John L. Scott’s vision of a dynamic, efficient, and professional workspace. This project showcases our expertise in utilizing a flexible modular office wall system with glass sliding doors to create a layout that seamlessly blends aesthetic appeal with functionality. We created five private yet visually open workspaces that foster both productivity and collaboration.

The core of this installation consists of five non-powered modular walls, configured to create five enclosed office cubicles type set-ups in varying sizes. Each unit features an 85"H tempered clear glass front, topped with a 10"H fabric stacker for a refined aesthetic and subtle sound control. The sliding doors for office spaces are fitted with sleek, polished metal cylindrical door pulls, ensuring both style and ease of use. The side office panels, clad in 95"H acoustical fabric, further enhance office acoustics noise reduction and comfort, creating a better environment for focused work.

The carefully selected finishes—Century Atlantic fabric, Metallic Silver paint, and clear tempered glass—create a sophisticated, cohesive design. This Washington office furniture installation not only elevates the visual appeal of the office but also ensures a dynamic and efficient environment tailored for productivity and collaboration.
