Statement
Stratus Ip, located in Moorestown, New Jersey, is a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specializing in tailored cybersecurity and connectivity solutions for businesses. Founded in 2010, their approach emphasizes simplified setup, affordable protection, and responsive support to help clients navigate the complex technology landscape.
This project is a seamless blend of functionality and modern aesthetics, creating a dynamic and efficient workspace. We provided a selection of our office furniture in New Jersey and our office space planning team designed this installation in two phases, which incorporates open plan workstations, private offices, collaborative spaces, and relaxation areas, fostering productivity and employee well-being.
The first phase focused on furnishing an open area, a large conference room, an office breakroom and private offices. The open area features 34 powered L-shaped workstations with tall cubicle panels, offering a mix of privacy and accessibility. These workstations were also furnished with box box file pedestals for sufficient office storage. Ten private offices were reconfigured using existing furniture, ensuring continuity in design. A large conference room includes a 144” powered conference table and buffet credenza, complemented by existing conference chairs, creating a polished, professional setting. Another room was furnished with three L-shaped desks, each with suited office storage options. The office breakroom, designed for relaxation, features a 36 diameter round table and 12 breakroom chairs, blending existing and new seating for a welcoming environment.
For the second phase, we relocated the remaining furniture to the 2nd floor and outfitted additional workstations, private offices, lounge areas, and a training room, further enhancing functionality and comfort.
The open plan workspace now includes 18 powered L-shaped cubicles, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. This setup consists of 13 workstations with box box file pedestal, 4 semi- private workstations (6’x6’x66”/42”H), and a dedicated office print station, ensuring accessibility and efficiency for document handling.
To support executive and managerial needs, five private offices have been furnished with L office desks configurations, each featuring a box box file and file file pedestal for efficient organization. Additionally, a 36” round meeting table was included in one of the offices for small team discussions.
One of the private offices received a modern U-shaped desk, a 48” round meeting table, and a corner bar, offering a spacious executive space that balances functionality and style.
A bar and lounge area provides a stylish and comfortable space to relax and interact. This space includes: a 96” office bar height table for casual meetings or breaks, eight 24”x24” cafeteria tables for dining and informal gatherings, base and wall mounted cabinets for convenient storage, a 32’W x 8’H acoustic tile wall, enhancing sound control and ambiance. Additionally, side tables, bar height stools, and lounge seating, contribute to a welcoming and modern environment.
Designed for educational sessions and team development, the office training room was equipped with foldable training tables on wheels, two office credenzas, 56 new training chairs with wheels, and nine stacking chairs, ensuring flexible and ergonomic seating.
To meet transitional workspace needs, two L office desks have been set up in a temporary desk area, providing an organized and efficient workspace.
Seating arrangements were thoughtfully updated to blend with the mix of existing and new office furniture, ensuring consistency and comfort throughout the office. The setup includes 8 new office task chairs for workstations, 19 guest chairs for private offices, 12 breakroom chairs, 3 bar height stools, nine 3 seat benches for the lounge and training areas, and four 2 seat sofas for relaxation in the breakout areas.
By integrating modern office furnishings and an optimized layout, this large-scale project delivers an impressive, functional, inviting, and adaptable workspace, tailored to the company’s needs.
